Five days of non-stop drama fun with specialised creative activities that aim to develop self-confidence and performance-awareness. Stories, acting adventures and plays are devised daily. Children are invited to attend wearing their favourite dressing-up clothes so that we can create original stories for their unique characters. New Dramatots joining us for our holiday course must be aged at least 3 and a half years old and have attended nursery school for at least one full term. Dramatots must be confidently toilet trained for a minimum of 3 months, children cannot attending wearing nappies or pull ups. Before you drop off your child on the first day of the course, please make sure that you are aware of the following: Group name: Dramatots Course time: 9.30 – 2.30. Drop off from 9.20. Drop off/collection point: At the black gate to the right hand side as you face the school. Please do not arrive for collection more than 5 minutes before the time listed above. If you arrive late, please drop off at point 2 (Main School Reception). Please provide a clearly named, nut-free packed lunch each day, in packets/containers that your child can open and close by him/herself. Please practise this with your child in advance, as necessary. Please ensure that all food items that may pose a choking hazard (eg. grapes, sausages, cherry tomatoes, etc.) are sliced. Please also provide cutlery. Please provide a named bottle of hand sanitiser. Your child should wear comfortable clothes and can come to the course wearing their favourite dressing-up outfit; please ensure that any removable clothing – cardigans, fleeces, jackets, coats etc - are clearly named. This could be written in pen on a label. Children are not permitted to bring any toys/props/equipment/special personal belongings on-site. Unfortunately, there are no facilities at the school to leave scooters/bikes/pushchairs etc. We are unable to film/record any part of the course to share with parents. Course fees must be paid when you complete the registration form. Credit notes can be used as part or full payment. Dates and times
HOLIDAY COURSES Credit notes will be provided pro-rata for any unspent days if the course has to be cancelled due to a local or national lockdown. If a child cannot attend the course due to illness, a credit note will be provided, at Dramarama’s discretion, for any unspent days, pro-rata the weekly course fee. Credit notes are not provided if a child misses a morning/afternoon/day of the course due to an appointment or other activity. Refunds will not be issued. WEEKLY CLASSES Sessions are booked on a termly basis; we do not offer make-up sessions, credits or refunds for missed classes. If we are informed that your child in unable to attend in advance of the start of term, a credit note will be provided, at Dramarama's discretion, for use on Holiday Courses. Refunds will not be issued.
