Course details
Children take part in a wide range of fun and creative drama games, activities and exercises to develop dramatic technique, performance awareness and self-confidence. Children are placed together in age-related groups; please let us know if your child has friends of the same age attending, so that they can be together. Children aged 3.5-7 years join our Drama Workshop Camp, and children aged 8-11 years join our Show Camp. Parents/carers are invited in on Friday afternoon to watch an Open Session or the Show (times to be confirmed). Please provide a named, nut-free packed lunch and snacks each day, in packets and containers that your child is able to open. Please ensure that all food items which may be a choking hazard are sliced. Please provide cutlery if necessary. We do not have facilities on-site to heat or refrigerate food. Children should wear comfortable clothing, please ensure that all removable items are named (e.g. coats, cardigans, hoodies etc.) Children are not permitted to bring toys, special items or mobile phones to the camp. Please note, the school does not allow parents/carers to leave scooters, bikes, pushchairs on-site. All camps are drop-off sessions; parents/carers cannot come on-site to watch the camp, to settle a child, or to use the school's toilet facilities.

Communication During the camp, Dramarama will use a Whatsapp group to communicate with parents/carers, to share photos of the children, and to update you with their activities. We will use the contact number provided on the booking form for this group (and can also add further numbers at parents' request; please email info@dramarama.co.uk). Credit Notes We do not offer refunds for missed sessions or non-attendance; instead, credit notes are provided at Dramarama's discretion. As we have a limited number of places available in each group it may not be possible to offer a credit note at short notice if the place cannot subsequently be filled. If a credit note can be provided, it is pro-rata for full days for illness only, and is non-transferable. Credit notes are valid for 12 months. Late Bookings We operate a Late Booking policy the week before the camp starts. If you would like to make a Late Booking, please email info@dramarama.co.uk with your child's full name and date of birth to check availability in the correct age group. You may also complete an online form, but please note, this does not guarantee a place without confirming that there is availability with Jessica Grant via email. Once a Late Booking has been confirmed, payment must be made by bank transfer within 24 hours (we will provide bank details). Children aged 3-3.5 years Our camps are for children aged 3.5 years and older. If your child is just under 3.5 before the start of the camp, please contact Jessica Grant to discuss their attendance by special arrangement. Places for children slightly younger that 3.5 years cannot be guaranteed and must be agreed with Jessica in advance.
