Five days of Drama fun! Children will enjoy a range of drama games and technique exercises, carefully selected to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to develop self-confidence, together with performance and voice technique. While children are encouraged to make new friends, if they attend with friends of the same age they will be placed in the same group. Children are allocated into Drama Stage One, Stage Two or Stage Three according to age and school year. For more information, please see 'About Drama Stages' in the main menu, under Holiday Courses. Course time: 9.45am - 2.45pm, drop off from 9.30am. If you arrive late, please drop off at the Main School Reception. We are planning to run Stage One, Stage Two and Stage Three courses as Show courses, with a presentation to two parents/carers on Thursday or Friday afternoon. This is subject to ongoing Govt and school regulations, and Covid numbers. If we are unable to invite parents/carers into watch, the courses will run as creative and fun drama workshop sessions. Please provide a clearly named, nut-free packed lunch each day, in packets/containers that your child can open and close. Please practise this with your child in advance, as necessary. Please ensure that all food items that may pose a choking hazard (eg. grapes, sausages, cherry tomatoes, etc.) are sliced. Please also provide cutlery. Please provide a named bottle of hand sanitiser. Your child should wear comfortable clothes; please ensure that any removable clothing – cardigans, fleeces, jackets, coats, etc - are clearly named. This could be written in pen on a label. Children are not permitted to bring any toys/props/equipment/special personal belongings on-site. Unfortunately, there are no facilities at the school to leave scooters/bikes/pushchairs etc. We are unable to film/record any part of the course to share with parents. If you need to contact Dramarama for any other reason during the course, please email email@example.com – emails will be checked regularly throughout the day, and we will reply as quickly as possible. Course fees must be paid when you complete the registration form. Credit notes can be used as part or full payment. Please email the office (firstname.lastname@example.org) to obtain a coupon code to use at checkout.
