Course details

Five days of Drama fun! Children will enjoy a range of drama games and exercises, carefully selected to develop self-confidence, performance-awareness and technique, as well as rehearsing for an end of course Show. While children are encouraged to make new friends, if they attend with friends of the same age, they will be in the same group. Please inform us in advance of the names of friends attending. Parents/carers are invited to watch a Show on Wednesday afternoon (please see details below). For more information, please see 'About Drama Stages' in the main menu, under Holiday Courses. Before you drop off on the first day of the course, please make sure that you are aware of the following: Group name: Drama Stage Three Course time: 9.45 – 2.45 (drop off from 9.30) Drop off/collection point: Waterlow Hall entrance, to the left hand side as you face the school. If you arrive late, please drop off at the Main School Reception. Information for Show, 1.45 – 2.15, Wed 22 Dec. Please arrive at the usual drop-off point for 1.35 – you will be taken to the Theatre to be seated for a 1.45 start. The Show will finish at 2.15, and you will be guided back to the usual collection point to meet your child. We can invite two guests per child. Please provide a clearly named, nut-free packed lunch each day, in packets/containers that your child can open and close. Please practise this with your child in advance, as necessary. Please ensure that all food items that may pose a choking hazard (eg. grapes, sausages, cherry tomatoes, etc.) are sliced. Please also provide cutlery. Please provide a named bottle of hand sanitiser. Your child should wear comfortable clothes; please ensure that any removable clothing – cardigans, fleeces, jackets, coats, etc - is clearly named. This could be written in pen on a label. Children are not permitted to bring any toys/props/equipment/special personal belongings on-site. Unfortunately, there are no facilities at the school to leave scooters/bikes/pushchairs etc. We are unable to film/record any part of the course to share with parents. Course fees must be paid when you complete the registration form. Credit notes can be used as part or full payment. Please email the office (info@dramarama.co.uk) to obtain a coupon code.

Cancellation Policy

HOLIDAY COURSES Credit notes will be provided pro-rata for any unspent days if the course has to be cancelled due to a local or national lockdown. If a child cannot attend the course due to illness, a credit note will be provided, at Dramarama’s discretion, for any unspent days, pro-rata the weekly course fee. Credit notes are not provided if a child misses a morning/afternoon/day of the course due to an appointment or other activity. Refunds will not be issued. WEEKLY CLASSES Sessions are booked on a termly basis; we do not offer make-up sessions, credits or refunds for missed classes. If we are informed that your child in unable to attend in advance of the start of term, a credit note will be provided, at Dramarama's discretion, for use on Holiday Courses. Refunds will not be issued.
