Payments

  • Term Time Classes and Holiday Course fees are payable in full in advance. Your child's place in the Term Time Class or Holiday Course will only be guaranteed once payment has been received.

  • If no payment is received, we cannot guarantee that your child has a place in the Term Time Class or Holiday Course, and we reserve the right to exclude your child. We will contact you for payment for any previous Term Time Classes or Course Days attended.

Re-bookings for term time Classes

  • Before the end of each term we will send out re-booking emails for the next term.

  • We will hold a priority place for your child but will only be able to guarantee their place for the next term if we receive payment of fees before the end of our priority booking period.

  • We cannot take responsibility for children unless we receive a completed online registration form in advance of a Class or Holiday Course, and full payment.

Bookings for Holiday Courses

  • An online booking form must be completed for every child attending Dramarama. Please include any relevant medical information, and the names and contact numbers of adults authorised to collect each day.

  • If a child is booked onto the wrong course/age group in error, we will do our best to accommodate a child in the correct course but cannot guarantee a place will be available. Refunds will not be given, but credit notes may be issued at Dramarama's discretion. Credit notes are valid for one year.

  • Your child's place is secured only when payment has been made, and an online booking form has been completed.

  • Our Dramatots Course is for pre-Reception children aged from 3 years 6 months to 4 years 11 months, who have been attending nursery school for at least a term. All Dramatots must be confidently toilet trained for a minimum of 3 months, as children cannot attend wearing nappies or pull-ups. If any toilet accidents occur, you will be notified of this at the end of the day. All Dramatots Courses are drop-off sessions.

  • Classes or Holiday Courses missed for any reason will not be automatically credited or refunded.

  • All credit notes are issued at the discretion of Dramarama.

Cancellations and venue changes

In the event of such a cancellation, parents/carers will be contacted immediately and we will endeavour to offer a viable alternative and/or a refund for any fees paid, as follows:

  • If Dramarama cancels a Term Time Class, we will aim to re-schedule the Class, or the time will be 'made up' with longer subsequent Classes during the Term. If the time cannot be made-up, we will refund the missed Class.

  • If Dramarama cancels a Holiday Course (in part or in full), we will aim to re-schedule the Course (in part or in full). If the Course cannot be re-scheduled, we will refund any fees paid.

  • If a Class or Course is cancelled due to incident outside of Dramarama's direct control (e.g. venue closure, bad weather, internal school events, etc.) parents will not be refunded and the Class or Course will only be made up at Dramarama's discretion.
