🎂This year marks an incredible milestone for us: Dramarama turns 39!🎂

39 years of nurturing children.

39 years of building confidence.

39 years of creativity, laughter, growth, and community.

When I first started Dramarama, I could never have imagined the journey ahead. Over the years, it has been incredibly touching to see Dramarama grow into a genuine community. Today, many former students are now parents themselves, sending their own children to Dramarama camps — a wonderful, moving, full-circle experience.

Even more proudly, several past students whom I personally tutored and supported through drama school are now professionally trained teachers and part of the Dramarama teaching team. Many ex-students have gone on to become professional actors, directors and writers. Seeing their journeys unfold is one of the greatest privileges of my career.

Nearly four decades of experience shapes everything we do.

Being a local, family-run drama school — not a franchise — has always allowed us to focus on what truly matters: the individual child. Over the years, I’ve learned that no two groups are the same and no two children develop in exactly the same way.

Experience brings perspective, patience, and the ability to nurture each child’s unique strengths.

Our holiday camps in NW3 & NW11 are built on that foundation.

Every school holiday we offer Drama Workshops for children aged 4–11 years. During the Summer Holidays we also provide Drama Show Camps for children aged 7–11 years.

All content is age-appropriate, engaging and carefully designed to develop acting skills at a pace that suits each child. Our experienced teachers work with the dynamic of each group, building on the children’s interests in characters, stories and themes.

Children take part in creative and stimulating games and exercises to develop dramatic technique, performance awareness and self-confidence. Our camps include drama, singing and dance/movement — offering a well-rounded and joyful experience of the performing arts.

At Dramarama, we don’t simply teach performance skills — we nurture confidence, resilience and self-expression.

For 39 years, we have provided children with a caring and supportive environment where they feel safe to try, explore and shine. The skills they develop with us — confidence, focus, communication and creativity — carry forward into everyday life.
