Welcome to the Dramarama Blog!

Hello and welcome! I’m Jessica Grant, and I’m absolutely thrilled to be writing the very first blog post for Dramarama, my long-established drama school for children.

I’ve created this blog to keep parents/carers updated, take this opportunity to answer questions that I'm often asked about my Drama Camps, and give you a real sense of the joy, creativity, and confidence that drama brings to children.

☀️ Summer Camps Are Coming!

This summer, Dramarama will be running our exciting holiday drama camps — full of energy, imagination and drama fun - and exciting activities for kids. Whether your child is brand new to drama or already loves the spotlight, our camps are all about building confidence, making friends, and giving children a safe space to express themselves.

There are no auditions, no pressure — just lots of laughter, games, acting, singing and storytelling. In addition, children who are just finishing Year 2 - Year 6 will putting on a fabulous end-of-week performance for family and friends to enjoy!

🎉 Over 30 Years of Drama Magic

Dramarama was born in March 1987, and I honestly can’t believe how time has flown. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of working with so many wonderful children, many of whom are now qualified teachers and assistants. Some are now sending their own children to my drama camps too! That’s something that brings me huge joy and pride.

I want this blog to be a space where I can:

• Let you know about upcoming events

• Celebrate the children’s progress

• Offer helpful tips on how drama helps your child grow
